Berlin // 1st FONA for alumni of French lycées in Germany

We are delighted to announce a new alumni gathering: on November 24, 2018, the 1st National Alumni Forum of French Lycées in Germany will be held under the patronage of M. Édouard Philippe, Prime Minister and alumnus of the Lycée français de Bonn.

It will be held at the Lycée de Berlin, the oldest school in the network, founded in 1689 (slideshow in PJ).

The day will conclude with a cocktail reception hosted by Madame Anne-Marie Descôtes, Ambassador of France to Germany, in the Embassy's lounges.

Friday November 23
Dinner in Old Berlin at a venue to be confirmed (to be arranged by participants - approx. 25 euros)

Saturday November 24
8:30 am: Lycée français de Berlin - Welcome coffee

9:15 am: Official opening plenary session
Anne-Marie Descôtes, French Ambassador to Germany, and Christophe Bouchard, Director of the AEFE

9h45- 11h45: Round table "Alumni, symbols of interculturality? "

12h - 13h : Villa Wuttke - Lunch (offered to participants)

13h15-16h30 : École Voltaire : Practical workshops in groups

17h-18h30 : French Embassy in Germany
Conclusion of FONA Berlin followed by a cocktail reception in the salons of the French Embassy

Sunday, November 25
Brunch at a location to be determined (at the expense of participants - approx. 30 euros)
